Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but those are going to be junk. They will have a very crapy out put of PAR (lighting intensity) and overall lighting quality.
That is retail...my wholesale on good brands are still in the $30's-50's. So...their purchase cost must be around $6 per bulb. That means they are SUPER CHEAP lamps. Might even be regular "home depot" store brand lamps....who knows. They also list a "probe start" ballast?? The main aquatic ones are Pulse Start, Magnetic & Electronic. I have no clue to what a "Probe Start" ballast is...however, you can be sure that any normal ballast will overdrive the hell out of those bulbs rendering them useless in about 2-3 months. (Useless by reducing their output by at least 1/2 as far as intensity goes.)
Seriously...if you are looking to do MH....please do yourself a huge favor...just save up the money for the proper lighting. (lamps, reflectors & ballasts) You won't regret it.
Just food for thought.
