That is your only option w/o moving it below the tank.
As for what pump to use, you will need something that with the height it needs to travel, that will be under 600gph or you risk overflowing the sump or tank (depending how you rig the system up).

ok well thank you both for the info, i have decided to just move the sump below my tank sounds like it would be a much better way to do it.
