2nd tank ~ looking for input

Hey peeps, I've been laying low for the last couple of months. My 56 gallon is doing well, and I now have a new setup. An employee at a LRS has offered to sell me this rig - everything is new & never been used.

75 gallon
Mahogany stand w/ canopy (14" tall top)
Custom Sump
Iwaki70Rolt 1,495gplt @ 4ft
Sea Swirl return
2x175 w Halide Ballast w/ retro
96w Quad PC light
RO-DI unit 50gpd

I can get this for $800, and he willl help me set it up. Let me know your thoughts on such purchase. I am uneducated on prices!
