any ideas

I have a pistol shrimp that is excavating all over my tank is there clever way of getting him out of the tank. I know that these shrimp will not harm any thing but I do not want him in my tank I am afraid that my dragon eal will eat him! I would like to put him in another tank with my yellow watchman goby. Any help would be great
