If you visit www.Hellolights.com you'll see that they sell many types of bulbs. My question is a Actnic 03 the same as a 20000k? and they also sell a 6700k Blue. How is this possible if Kelvin temp is the color spectrum?

True actinic lighting doesn't have a Kelvin rating, so no a 20K bulb is not actinic lighting, as well as 7100K. 6700K would be considered a daylight or full spectrum bulb. If your buying actinic and it gives a kelvin rating, it's probably not a true actinic bulb. It's only been in the last year or so that PC bulb manufacturers have come out with a "true actinic 03" bulb.
