The philosophy behind that is that they dont speak english and this makes the American public pissed off and not want to call back to tech support because they cant get someone they can communicate with therefore they can reduce the number of UNDERPAID technicians here in America while employing more Indian techs who make 3.00 a month and lives onsite with their families who are housed for free and also fed. This is the NEW DELL WAY!

Kinda complicated but im only 17 so here goes...
I buy houses and sell them, I know you will all say a 17 year old cant buy or own a house but actually you can you just cant get a loan. The funny part is you can own a house so the question becomes how do you get a loan it is not an easy process but you can do it a number of ways. The way I am able to do it is to assume a loan from people in a financial crisis. It is a simple and fun process and the best part is you dont have to pay for the whole house just a payment or two and because all loans in the us after 1989 are non-assumable if the bank accepty your money you get a lawsuit against them for the loan  . this is a fun and happy world we live in. Too bad im still poor. Not many people trust a 17 year old
oh yeah and I goto school too.

Huh?
BigFish
02-16-2003, 04:43 AM
did you read it all? like I said they are non assumable. However If you get a postal money order with the loan number and not your name you have proof that a bank accepted the payment on that loan from you, So it is not hard to do. Most banks will never turn down money  and if they take it then they cant refuse any payment from you ever again or they broke another law  The only thing is he payment has to be exactly what a payment on that house is you cant send them even $0.50 extra or they can say you sent the wrong amount and you are back at fault.
BigFish
02-16-2003, 04:45 AM
Also it is not really the loan I am after it is the title to the house so the loan is a minor detail once you have the title refinancing is always a posibility  but then you actually need to make more than 2 payments

I'm a shift supervisor at a cryogenic air separation unit. We suck in the air through a compressor that moves 1,200,000 standard cubic feet a minute, pass it through driers and heat exchangers and recycle liquifiers and then into a big distillation column and refine it into ppm purity argon and nitrogen, and percent purity oxygen. The liquid is used in a wide range of fields. I've been lurking for a while and this is a very positive and informative site. Nice job to the administrators.....

The sad thing is, before I started my s-aquarium I was OBSESSESSED with jeopardy and tried learning and reading everything that I thought could possibly be asked on that show. I finally came to the conclusion that no matter what, there was no way i could ever know everything  .
SO now I just enjoy the show, and whatever trivia I learn from it!!!! However, I still have a freshwater aquarium that I still enjoy looking at!!!!!
Of course, that tank may eventually turn into a sump

So 2 days a week when my wife works half-days (she's a family practice doctor), I work one of my contract jobs, designing small industrial air conditioners for electronics enclosures. At night when everyone's asleep, I work on that project, plus another one designing a huge robotic pallet loader machine, or my 3rd one which is assembling this 48 station automated assembly machine I designed. The coolest part is that from time to time, I catch myself gazing at my reef which is in the same room. Ahhh, yes. There's nothing like getting paid to watch my tank. :)

I'm a welder field tech at a synthetic natural gas plant.

It's a living.
