ONE STOP SHOP

It pays to shop at one shop. It may be that you found a better price at another LFS, but is it worth it? I've found that going to one shop, they know me by name, and know that I'm going to buy something before I leave. When I have trouble with something they are always there with intelligent information. They know I'm not fooling around. They, obvious to there policys, have been generous when i've had a dead fish to bring back. No problem, I get store credit against what ever else I want in the shop. They know what I have in my tank and will feel free to tell me THAT WILL NOT WORK IN YOUR TANK, AND THIS IS WHY! I am fortunate to have a good store in my area, they have been invaluable.

i have a lfs like that, they give us a heck of a greeting all the time they know all my tanks what fish and corals and inverts i have. when i sent my fience to pick up some food for my reptiles and fish they said so what will she be getting today LOL. but it is good to find a store like that.

Same here!!! My LFS knows me...they know what I like, they know what I want...They even call when they get something in they think I may want. If I need help at the house witha tank or go out of town, one of the guys comes out to the house and helps out. We have actually sort of made friends with them. I wouldn't trade them knowing my Reef Style for anything!
