I highly suggest downloading this software and installing it on your computer. The software is FREE and is very EASY to use. Our friends at download.com offer it up.
Seriously folks, this program is so easy to use. If you need help, send me a private message.

If a picture was taken as and saved as a *.BMP file, then load into that IrfanView software that I referenced you to.
IrfanView can convert to JPG files easily. After you resize your images you can choose to "SaveAs" a different file type, preferably JPG.
Now, a couple of things - I find it easiest to save the resized picture to my desktop. That way it's really easy to locate and upload to reeflounge.com.
Remember that you must first resize your pictures (I recommend resizing to 800x600 pixels). After you load your pics into the IrfanView sftwre, then select Image > Resize/Resample. After you resize it, then click File > Save As, and save the pic to your desktop. Then upload it reeflounge.
Good Luck...and resize RESIZE resize - smaller is better in this instance

yeah true. But if you use imageshack you can use thumbnails. If someone decides to see the bigger view then they can click on the thumbnail for the supersized view.
