I have had this Marble Cat Shark for 2 weeks now. They are nocturnal sharks and much more active at night. He eats guppies and goldfish if u hand feed him but he needs a more varied diet. I tried squid and he takes it but ends up spitting it out. same goes with frozen shrimps. Any idea on what else i can hand feed him? I have a few of the frozen cubed food for sharks, but he doesnt seem to mess with it.

I dont think my LFS has n e of that. For feeders i believe all they have is guppies and ghost shrimp. My fish love live food, its almost impossible to get them to eat anything else, and im worried about thier long time health.

ahh, gotcha. I dont think any of my local grocers have anything i would call "fresh". most of it is frozen and packaged. Thats how i got the squid. Its almost like its too tough for him to chew up even tho i cut it into tiny peices.

try froozen bottom fishm, when i had sharks i would just go out bottomfishing in the ocean, and i just frooze a bunch of fillet's, and feed them off that
they dont like salmon, squid, etc as much as they like black sea bass bottom fish

well i dont exactly live near the ocean, but it sure would be convenient. i will try some of those black sea bass filets... maybe some flounder or something?
