i just do tank matainance, so i had to get a business lisence for it. i by pfo alot because it is by my house. and i usually set up 1 reef tank a month.

How is business on that end of the spectrum? I often thought about offering that also to my local area but wasn't sure on the profit possibilities.

actually it's mostly pure profit, you just do 1 water change a month, and go by twice a month to clean the algae, and do check up

i charge 90 freshwater, 140 for salt, 190 for reef. i just do it part time, have 11 customers, and it only takes 2-4 days out of the month. usually 2 days but with the freshwater every 3 months i redo the ornaments. my dr. gave out a bunch of my cards, and it set me up good.

i also do alot of set ups for people, that just want everything hooked up, and started, they want to do all the fun stuff
