Well, from my personal experience with anemones, this could mean two things.

One, being it is expelling it's waste. This is perfectly normal, and will happen on a regular basis for anemones. This brown gunk should be removed, to avoide it rotting in the aquarium. Most anemones will do this from time to time, and it's normal.

Next, this could be a sign as it's dying. If anemones are not fed the proper foods, or foods that they cannot fully digest, they will do this. Lets take silver sides for instance. Most anemones cannot break down the scales, bones, etc. of the silver side, therefor they must regugatate what they don't use/need. This can be a problem, in some cases. For one, the anemone should be fed something that it fully digests. They will likely not get enough protien and acides from their foods, if they don't digest it all. It would help to know what your current lighting conditions are. Zooxanthellae can be extremely important when it comes to providing the protiens and foods the anemone will eat. FWIW, I would try feeding a mixture of foods. Krill seems to be the most popular, from lack of scales and bones, and most anemones will eat it.

Considering how long you have had this anemone (from another one of your threads), I think it's just expelling its watse, and there is really nothing to worry about. Unless you see any signs of stress (brooken tissue, moving, deflating often, etc), I would say just ignore it.
