Anyone here use a Visi-Jet Skimmer? I just tried one and it was a Visi bubble maker.. all it did was fill my tank with bubbles.. is this common? or was mine defective? I took it back already.. as I found I payed way too much for it to begin with.. I paid 53 dollars for the Visi-Jet PS100 skimmer at PETCO.. and most other places it sells for $26.00

It a toy!!!I have tried it just to see if it works. Well it did on a ten gallon but not very well and lots of work to get it tuned in. now it's in a box under my FO tank. And yes it does put a lot of bubbles back in the tank.
This was a long time ago when i had no idea about saltwater. My advice is return it and get a good one.

It has to be the biggest POS I have ever seen. :lol: I tried one years ago. I don't think it ever did work. I was suckered into it by my LFS. It really is embarrasing to admit I tried it. :oops:

I had one too...
I bought cheap online, first time ever bought something online and on ebay. And bang broke now I use the top piece like a small powerhead.
