Custom Aquatic

Ordered Items
Hayward 3 way actuated ball valve $400.00+

Comments
Order place via phone, salesman stated item would ship in 2 - 3 days.
I called 5 days later to find out if order had shipped. Salesman then said it would not ship for 2 or more weeks. He then stated he could give me a spears ball valve for the SAME price. I agreed. Late while searching on their website I noticed the Spear ABV was about $50.00 cheaper. I felt riped off and promptly cancelled my order.

Overall Satisfaction
Overall I was very diss-satisfied with Custom Aquatic.

Thanks for the info, you would think with so much competition online and offline, Retailers would try to keep their customers happy, or atleast tell them the truth.

Where did you end up buying your items?

In reference to the ball valve you attempted to order, the original order you placed was online via our website. You originally ordered a “socket” ball valve which is plainly noted as a SPECIAL ORDER item. You then called to change the valve to a “threaded” valve, at which time we notified you that it would be 2 to 3 weeks for delivery because Hayward tests each valve before shipping it. Then you called to cancel the order because you stated you were unclear about which model you wanted. We stock the Spears valves, which are a 75% duty cycle. The Hayward valves are a 25% duty cycle. The Spears valve that you found for a lower price on our website is a completely different valve.

Please, only post correct and accurate information, your users will appreciate it!
