RED SEA BERLIN TURBO SKIMMER

hello all I have a red sea berlin turbo skimmer, every once in a while I'll get a tornado effect within the skimmer and the skimmer stops working. usually I just reposition the inner tube and and it works fine. the last time by accident I happpen to stick the tube from a gravel vac (small one I use to clean overflow box and sump) in the inner tube in an effort to move it so it breaks the tornado. the skimmer was still running at the time and I dropped the tube in the skimmer , it broke the tornado effect I left the small tube in the skimmer and the skimmer works better than ever! I'll try and post some pics
I dont know if any other Red sea skimmer owners have the same problem but this is a really easy fix
