My Tank Has FINALLY Cycled And Heres What I Am Going To Get, One Baby Hippo Tang, One Baby Yellow Tang And A Baby Moray Eel And Some Corals.
I Know It Sounds Bad Having Two Tangs In Such A Small Tank But The Tangs Are Both Maybe About The Size Of A DollarBill Cut In Half Maybe A Little Bit Bigger And The Eel Is Like 5 Inches. These Will Be The Only Fish In My Tank. I MIGHT Get A Clown Fish Or Goby But Otherwise Thats It.

I Did Not Relize That The Eel Is Not Really Reef Safe And The Tangs Would Fight. So Heres What I Got So Far.
One Cleaner Wrasse
One Baby Yellow Tang
What Else Can I Get That Will Move Around And Is Not So Big, I Was Thinking About Geting Two Clown Fish(Nemos) And A Goby Or A Coral Beauty But Those Are Not 100% Reef Safe. How Are Flame Angels? The People At The LFS Say That I Can Get A Copperband Beauty, Is This True. Is It Good To Have no Algea And Have The Tang Eat It?

Good idea not getting the Hippo Tang, but even the YT cannot survive long term in a small tank. I would return it and go the other route you mentioned with the clowns and a goby...very appropriate for your tank. Any pygmy angel will nip at corals, I would pass and instead go for another small fish like a royal gramma, orchid dottyback, firefish maybe..all kinds of good possibilities.

So You Don't Recommend Any Angels :( . Because I Was Going To Get A Flame Angel. As For The Yellow Tang This Makes Me Sound Dumb But I Am Going To Keep Him. He Is A Great Size And He Will Hopefully Get Used To A Small Tank. The Length Is 37.5 Inches And In The Store He Was In A 3 Foot Tank So He Is Not Used To A Big Tank So Its Fine. If I See That He Looks Unhealthy I Will Bring Him Back To The LFS. As Of Now He Has Great Color, Active And Is Very Healthy :D .[/scroll]

If it is small, it may do fine for some time before it "outgrows" the surroundings. There is no such thing as a fish that gets "used" to smaller surroundings, their bodies are pre-programmed so to speak to reach a certain size and require certain surroundings. In the wild they cover great stretches of the reef, stress quickly generates disease most times when kept in smaller tanks so keep an eye out. They require algae to graze on, so be sure to provide some such as the "Seaweed Selects" available at most LFS.
You can get a pygmy angel, but then no corals or vice versa. Unfortunately, it is one way or the other as they will nip and keep many corals from opening.
