electrical equipment / safety in a tank

Need a multi-socket electrical gang for my new fish tank setup. Went to the local electrical stores to find one with a trip device and surge protection. All of the units explicitly state "not for use with an aquarium".

Any advice folks?

I have not seen one souley designed for aquariums. But both of mine said the the same,as long as it pluged into a gfi outlet you should be fine.
Or you can make one. Also you might want to check a marine store they might have something for you application.
