Anyone know the story with AquaDirect? I have ordered from them in the past and had no problems. My latest order has yet to arrive, and there are no responses to emails or phone calls. :x

Some places take a long break before the Thanksgiving Holiday. When did you last have contact with them?

Keep a record of all attempts made to contact them. You may be able to get some $$$ back for shipping cost or you lose of time.

But I have not heard anything bad or good about them.

I have tried both numbers repeatedly. The Aqualink number is disconnected and no one answers the AquaDirect numbers.

Well I finally heard back from the guys in Seattle. Evidently they have been having major telecom problems.(Not sure if I buy it completely) In any event, they are supposedly shipping out a replacement for the broken skimmer and and missing parts. I'll let you know what happens.

Well so far so good. they have sent out a replacement for the Ca Reactor but it also arrived damaged. They are at least trying...so I guess they're ok. Aside from this order, everything else worked out ok.
