This file is over 1MB because of saving it as a .bmp (Bitmap) file.
Sorry, but this way it stays clear...hope yall are running broadband like me.
Now I can run the plumbing like the picture or I can do 1 return line and split it using a "T" and use a ball valve to control the spray bars for top and bottom then just do a dual return going into 1 line back to the sump. Both will work...but the more I think about it the better it sounds to me to do it with 1 return split into 2 spraybars and 2 drains into 1 back to the sump.
This will be built out of 1/8" thick Lexan. The two tanks will cost me $110.50 total. With the plumbing, wood, etc. should cost me around $150.00 tops. This will be the start of me selling corals and fish! :D  8)
Oh...BTW...those of you that are like, "1/8" ?! You nutz? It will bow or break!" Ha! Not Lexan! Even at 1/8" thickness this stuff is REDICULOUSLY STRONG!
