Yes since the pic i have placed calupera in the fuge and added a 55watt 10,000k pc and it is growing like crazy. I turn the light on when I go to work and off when I go to bed, I'll reduce that time as soon as the plant life has realy set in.

Yes, thank you very much for the pictures! I'm planning a sump/refugium soon too and I'm a little confused on your plumbing. It looks like you have 2 inputs into the refugium/sump going through maybe a polyfilter? Then a pump to the skimmer and one from the skimmer back to the tank. Is that correct? What are the 2 lines in from? Directly from the tank overflow?
Are the input to the skimmer and the outflow from the skimmer comming/going from the same part of the sump? Or are there 2 pumps back onto the tank? Or something else?
