You must set the ad_network_ads_240.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

You are probably wasting valuable time if you are trying to cure ich with any of the so-called reef-safe medications for ich. None of them work with any consistency. I suggest that you do a search and read up on hyposalinity and quarantine.
