these thing started off only a few scattered here and there in my tank on the glass, now it seems the have multiplied. they are really tiny and whte and shaped like little stars and their legs kind of move around. they don't go anywhere. they are like little round things with like 10 legs or something going all the way around there body. now they are all over in clusters. am i supposed to have these creatures? is there a pic of them anywhere on the internet so i acn mae sure i am discribing them right? thanks all, maria

Sounds like a type of comb jelly or other type of hydroid jelly.
Cheers

If it looks like this and is smaller than a pecil eraser it's a hydroid jelly

This post is 2 years old and totally helped me out. I did a water change with sea water for the first time and totally forgot about anything coming in from it. I couldn't understand. I also have these white spots that move on the glass. What are those?
Thanks so much

If it looks like these they're harmless copapods, a good thing, free food for your fish and corals. If not a better discription or pic could help us ID them.
