You must set the ad_network_ads_240.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Would 2 ocellaris clowns, a purple firefish, and a neon goby be too much fish for my 10 gallon? I do water changes weekly.

Actually 3 fish would be pushing it in a 10 gal tank. I would really recommend just the clowns. Your concerns are not just water quality but quality of animal life. Over time as these guys grow, they will cramp and their living conditions will become rather unacceptable not to mention the health problems that will eventually follow.

I would also consider doing black perculas :)
