I just bought a sleeper goby for my 9 gallon jebo tank and just wondering on what would it take to keep this goby health?

Well I would say a good 2" or deeper sand bed. Copepods and Amphipods for it to eat. It needs brine shrimp and mysis to supplement some pods or else it will eat them all in such a small tank. It will also get too large for your tank.

Live sand and live rock will help him stay alive. Copepods will grow on rock and sand. Live or frozen brine shrimp and mysis will work too.
