You are heading in the direction of a FW set up. I would not suggest adding more lava rock. In fact I would remove it altogether and replace it with some good liverock. While the tank is still young is best. As the tank moves along, large changes to the structure or biological filteration sources can cause disaster.

The "ocean sun" bulbs will also not be sufficient for sustaining corals. At best you could hope for some mushrooms but not much more. I would suggest posting the exact types of corals you are interested in and the eventual goal of the tank so proper lighting can be suggested.

The lion may be okay in your tank although you have not said how big the tank is (?) but be aware that the lion can/will eat the damsels as well as other small invertebrates. The cleaner may be at the top of the "snack" menu if small enough.

Bigger might be better considering the fish I think you may be wanting.

Can't really suggest what you should get until you do some research into the kinds of corals you would like to keep. You could look >>here (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/categ.cfm?siteid=22&pCatId=597)<< for a few ideas. Until then, I would suggest not purchasing anything.
what is a fw setup? freshwater
yes i am aware that the damsels will get eaten. what fish would he go good whith? Larger than the lions mouth and somewhat aggressive. The damsels are aggressive but will still make a nice meal.
what is a good place for ordering good rock? Many seem to prefer >>TampaBay (http://www.tbsaltwater.com)<< but other may have some addition suggestions.

Why do you have all that freshwater stuff? You need to get rid of all that rock, and replace with around 35lbs of Live Rock (LR) Get rid of the gravel and get 30lbs of Live Sand (LS) go to hellolights.com and look at the lights you can afford, I would suggest at least 65watts. And the plastic plants have to go, Did you research anything or did the guy at your LFS (local fish store) just sell you this stuff? You will need tests too, I would opt for Salifert, you might want to get Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, Calium for starters, and read lots of books, and just look at pictures of saltwater tanks, then you can see for yourself the difference of interior items (rock sand, plastic plants...) I would start reasearching right away.

Good luck, dont buy anything till you fix the LR/LS/ and plastic plant problem :D

dont add any more sand, especially live, now that u got fish and the feather duster. adding more sand causes a huge ammonia spike.
