Hello all..........I have a 125 gal. tank, it has been set up for about 1 year, in this tank I have 4 clown fish, 1 bar goby, 1 scissor tail goby, 2 scooter blennies, 1 yellow tang, 1 singapore angel, 1 rock beauty, 1 snowflake eel, 2 cardnial fish, 1 coral banded shrimp, 1 blood shrimp, 1 sea serpent, 2 chocolate chip starfish, 3 feather dusters, numerous bumble bee snails, a few turbo snails, 1 pin cushion, 2 crabs, serveral red legged crabs. So far the angels haven't hurt the starfish or feather dusters but I have seen them peck on them some. My question is, I just bought the 2 angels about 1 week ago. Everything I have read has said they need spirulina and sponges to live. I went to the health food store and bought some spirulina. My question is do I soak there food in this everyday, every other day, or once a week? They are some really gorgeous fish. I want to do what ever I need to keep them happy and healthy. They both seem to eat really well. Thanks in advance for any help. Sheila

Fortified spurlina would be a good choice. Many types of sinking pellets as well as flake foods would fit the bill.

Soaking foods with vitamins is always a good idea but rarely needed more than once a week as a theraputic addition.

What kind of angels are they?

One angel is a rock beauty, the other is a singapore. I also forgot to add that I have a hawk fish, (he's a comic  ) decorator crab, pistol shrimp, and a purple/orange fish.........sorry I'm not sure of the name. I look forward to learning from everyone here. Thanks

, and a purple/orange fish.........sorry I'm not sure of the name.

If it is a slender fish that looks like it's smiling all the time it could be a bicolor blenny (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?siteid=21&pCatId=66).

Watch the Singapore, they like many large angels are very prone to "sampling" the buffet. If it can't get away, they will most likely take a bite. If possible you may also try adding a feeding clip with some untoasted nori as well for it to graze on.
