I am going to be leaving for 10 days and I have an automatic feeder. It will feed the fish just a little every day. I have a Coral Beauty that has ich in a QT right now. My friend will be stopping at the house twice in the 10 day period. Do you think the QT (10 gal.) will be all right w/o food every day and no water changes?

Probally not, esp. considering the fish has ick. It needs to be fed everyday to help with the ick, IMO.

If you are on good speaking terms with an LFS, offer to pay a couple dollars a day for them to come over and feed the fish and check copper levels in the QT. Or see if you could have another friend come on the oppisite days to check on the fish.
