New 100 gal reef , pre-drilled with sump

I am very new to this so forgive me, I am purchasing the above tank and have a pretty good idea about the filter,skimmer and other products I want to use including reactors,but i would like some help with plumbing. Even a generic Idea that I can expand on would be helpful
