I have a 10 galon nano reef and wanted to know if 2 15 watt flourescents 1 5500k bulb and 1 actinic blue. Is this enough to keep mushrooms, yellow polyps, starburst polyps, and a brain coral?

Also is two percula clowns to much for a 10 gallon. If so I could put a clown goby instead of one of the clowns. But I would rather have the two clowns. If it is to much is there anything I could do to keep the two clowns?

The lighting would probably be okay for the corals you mentioned. I would choose the Trachyphyllia sp species of brain coral as they do better in medium light set ups. The yellow (Parazoanthus sp. (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?siteid=22&pCatId=675)) polyp does well under medium lighting as well....

Your perc question, I answered here (http://reeflounge.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2948&highlight=).
