It's called photobucket. You can upload large images and not have to worry about cropping the picture like on reeflounge.net

I am reasonably happy with this site but i just wanted to upload some pics of my aquatic creatures and found 2-3 places where i could put them, i feel the site is a little dis-organised in this respect, wouldn't it be better to have just 1 place where peeps can put there images and call it 'gallery' or something logical?

I disagree, I think it's well organized. There are 3 places to post pics of your tank; the Reef Photography forum, the Macro Gallary forum, and the Rate My Tank forum. The Reef Photography forum is for various tank pictures, the Macro forum is for close up shots, and the Rate my tank forum is a great place to start a thread on your tank and upload progress pictures from time to time. You can also talk about your equipment, maintainence routine, etc in your "rate my tank" thread. If you want to post pictures of someone else's tank or a few of your own pics (without going into detail about your tank setup), the Reef Photography forum would be the best place to post them.

I think this is the best set up for ease of use, it is very simple and I like it.
