i just bought a 5g bowfront from wallmart. the lighting in it sucked so i bought a halogen light package it has 3x10w lights. it is heating up my tank. should i buy cpu fans from radio shack. PLEASE HELP.

You shouldn't be using regular light bulbs as they get really hot. You should have stayed with the NO they gave you.

I love it :D I can use the fixture that came with the hex & its 50/50!!! :shock:
Also this gives me over 6 WPG so my xenia love it.
