with snails and stars also inverts how can you tell if your LFS has ACCLIMATIZED the prouduct rite? (thats a hell of a word isnt it..lol) If you go down see the snails buy a few how are we to know that they have been treated rite? I go thru 4 hour stage with my snails but they still all end up dying weeks after being in the tank one by one they fall .. no my waters fine..is there a magic place we buy from a honest person? or is it Las Vegas?

I just stare down :twisted: my lfs owner till he starts crying :cry: and admits he mistreats his snails. :wink:

Maybe they're starving. If they last for a couple weeks, I doubt that it's from improper acclimation.

ditto... if snails die after a couple of weeks, they could be starving, something picking on them, and/or water quality. I know they are pretty sensitive to copper.
