Snail eggs

OK first I bought nassarius snails on ebay, 500 of them. About 200 came to life after I added them to water and I then added them to my tank. BTW I received the same exact snails from SWF.com for a substantial amount more, but I will save that for another thread. Anyway I now have what appears to be snail eggs all over my tank. They are mostly in the corners but there are a ton on the sides and back of the tank. Probably in the thousands. Will these eggs hatch and survive? Or do they become food for my fish or the other snails or inverts?

My coworker had some hatch and survive. We only know this because a few months later we saw a couple nass snails that were tinier than the rest and smaller than any he bought.

i've yet to see them survive in my tank, only had a couple of trochus actually make it. ALthough maybe i'm just not looking at the right times
