Hey Guys,
What do you think of the perfecto jetstream tanks. Basically instead off small boxes for overflows it is clear tubes-real easy to hide. Any pro's or cons with this tank would be appreciated.
Thanks AJ~

Anytime you can use a predrilled tank versus overflow boxes, you will have alot less hassles. They are much more convenient and will usually have less risk of water disasters, although that's not guaranteed..
Have you seen it in operation :?:
The only other concern I see is with rock placement. If the pillar tubes get bumped too many times it could eventually leak.
The only other possible downfall I see to the system is the outpipe to the sump could be blocked by debris quite easily and may have a constant gurgling or air sucking noise. The Jetstream (http://www.marineland.com/products/consumer/con_jssuper.asp) tank was displayed at the IMAC convention recently, mabye Phistio had a chance to view it?
Cheers

My friend just got a 265 gallon perfect jetstream system because they were on sale...he got the tank and stand for just under $900.00..good deal..the jetstreams work fine, they are alittle noisey as far as some gurgling sounds...he may need to extend the air tubes down inside the rise tubes further to get some air down further, but other than that it works great....

I have a perfecto jet-stream. They are alright considering I payed $90 for a 55. It's just a little bit noisy unless you get it set right. It just takes a little bit of wiggling around.
