Hey if you ever see this person on ebay or want to buy something from him don't. He uses the name PRHOOVER on ebay and badbrad36@hotmail.com . He lives in Batesville Colorado. He ripped me off some money and I'm just trying to warn other people. I am currently calling his house waiting for him to come home from work.

Yes it was halides, that is the main reason why I haven't been to active. He also sells light fixtures and other aquarium goods. I got his number and called him. I got his mother-in-law and she said he would call me back in about 30 minutes. I am expecting my call in 2 minutes.

If not, make sure you report the bad transaction to E-Bay as soon as possible. They are very good in these circumstances and if they have had problems with this person before, they will usually suspend all sales pending until there is a resolution.

If they find there has been fraudulent activity, they will ban this person from future sales. You can also contact the CC company if used and file a complaint stating the goods where never recived. In most cases they will reverse the charges. It's as simple as a phone call and signing a diclosure form.

All my transactions are done by CC for that reason.

This is good to know as I just started looking on ebay for 2 400w MH kits. Do you know if he has any other accounts he uses to sell MH stuff?
