You must set the ad_network_ads_240.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

My fiancee and I just bought a condo!!!
From what I can tell we close escrow on Friday the 13th in December.
I can finally put my 80 gallon up!!!!!
I'll try to post some pics during the setup.

Congrats, we also closed on a Friday the 13th. Then the check we brought with us was the wrong amount. they ended up paying us 666.00 back. it was kinda creepy

No kidding... the place we bought is up $30,000 from February earlier this year. Atleast interest rates are rock bottom. :D
