Help identify this thing on my Coral beauty

Help identify this thing on my Coral beauty. He had ich now I have him in a QT tank. I think the ich is gone but what is this other problem and how should I treat it. I had a case of the ich in my 55 reef. I took out all the fish and put them in a 10 gal QT. They have been in there for 5 days now.
I have been giving them Quick Care..10 drops per day.
their is 1 Coral Beauty, 1 Clown, 1 yellow tang and a Cleaner Wrasse.

Looks like a secondary infection from the battle with ick. Could possibley be fungus but I doubt it.

Best treatment would be an antibiotic since it's still in the QT. Maracyn II (or similar type) at twice the normal dose for the first day and treat for 7 days is the usual. They basically contain a super vitamin boost as well to aid the immune system.

Do not use Maracyn I, marine baterial infections are usually gram negative in nature and it will not have much affect.
