We'll be accepting entries for November. The category is Acropora sp.. All submissions must be entered no later than 11/21/06.

it's very much real...Acropora formosa.

here's the same colony taken a few month's before...you can see the difference in growth and color, and the Montipora growing on the glass in the first picture.

great looking pic PowderBlue...however, please realize that the "Picture of the Month" is not a "Tank of the Month" contest; the categories change every month. this month's topic is Acropora. while i do see acros in your mixed reef, is there any chance you might have a photo to submit that specifically shows acros?

birdnest frag ,not acro. but Seriatopora hystrix closes thing i have to an acro right now. just something to look at not for contest.

Great photo elite. And the family is right, so I'm willing to accept it if the other's are. Genus and species are wrong though.
