You must set the ad_network_ads_240.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Besides a few hyperlinks at the bottom of the page that go to different websites, there is nothing active on the site for me. If I click-drag across the entire window, there is some test and graphics on it, but it is too dim to read, and nothing is active. Maybe it's an IE7 thing.
