i have a few "somethings" on the front glass of the tank and i dont know what they are!!
the best i could describe them is:- very small white dots with what looks like legs.
i would say it is the dot that is stuck to the glass and the "legs" are free floating!
the full span of the ufo is only about 1mm includeing the "legs" so its hard to tell what they are.
any ideas would be great

TIA

i have heard people who get escalating populations of copepods and isopods that look what u are describing on their glass. They are not bod. Many fish eat them in their diet

the humbug is picking them off the glass, but i have found 2 more a lot bigger.
they look like a perfectley formed snow flake.
it has a centre with bits comeing off them, which are all joind together like a web.

the ones growing on the rocks, when you bang on the tank they disapear. could they be tube worms?
on sunday i have had to move a couple of rocks around and since doing it i have an out-break of foraminiferans, and a lot of mushrooms have started to grow. so maybe moveing the rock has caused all these to float around the tank and stick here and there.

what do you think?

many thanks
D
