These are bad pictures. my cameras battery is about to die... If you know what this is please let me know.... I would like to know how to take care of it. The creature in question I have put a white circle around it. I figure whatever it is .... this thing has a mouth and that is what you are looking at. if you get near it,it closes.......

Maybe a sponge? Im not sure as to what you are refering to in the picture.

Could be a common sponge (http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/porifera/porifera.html) judging by the opening. Other alternatives without closer examination would be a Tunicate (http://saltaquarium.about.com/library/weekly/aa102797f.htm) or sometimes called Sea Squirts (http://whyfiles.org/coolimages/?id=1016730686).
