Hey Ryan2003 I just read this post after replying to your other post.
Well your list is quite a list so I am just going to point out some things I see here. ok first camel shrimp and pepermint shrimp almost look identical. and from what I have read camel shrimp can be iffy in a tank they may eat things you don't want them too. on the other hand pepermints tend to be pretty good they will eat pest like mojano and aptasia anemonies.

Next your plan for a burgandy linka and the maderin fishes for both of these you will need a well established tank at least 1.5 - 2 years mature Linkas demand High water quality and are very susseptible to going down hill with changes in water quality and manderin fishes will require a well established tank with lots of pods and worms to eat they can be taught to eat brine but unless you have a good population of these pods they will surely starve to death.

The rest of your list looks fine.

Hope this helps a little

Timber's comments are all great, I would add that you may need a larger clean-up crew.

Instead of the mandarin, go for a scooter blenny if you want a bottom-feeder right away, or a watchman goby, or both.
