How do I frag xenia?

O.K. from my experience place it next to another rock you want it to move to. Wait till it starts connecting to that rock and when it is almost completely on that rock take a razor blade and slice it from the original stalk. It should take off on the new rock and the stump remaining should grow back. From my experience.

if you can take it out of the tank, place the peice you want to frag in a rubbermaid, or glass mixing bowl with a few cups of tank water...

with a sharp blade or scalpal, cut the xenia at the base of a stalk...

put a drop of iodine one both wounds...this will help cauterize the wound, and prevent infection...

get some coral rubble and superglue the new frag to a small rock...let cure for about 30 seconds, and gently wash the area super glued with water from the bowl, as this helps cool the process down (as the glue cures, it heats up a bit)

viola...one xenia into two...
