You must set the ad_network_ads_240.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

the main question is can I feed live Brine Shrimp to the babys I was told they are too big for the larvals and I need to feed them Rotifers. I was also told that San Francisco brand brine shrimp are small enough to feed larvals is this true. I don't want to get into Rotifers (way to complex for me). Help

Everything I have read indicated you need rotifers. There are places you can buy them online instead of growing your own.
