I recently purchased an item from BigAlsOnline. The item description was not accurate and they told me I have to pay for the shipping to send the item back and pay for the shipping for my replacement.
These people are very difficult to deal with and it is not worth the headache to save a few dollars.

It was for a 48" fluorescent lamp but it did not state it was a T8 and not a T12 which is what I needed. I was unaware there were two sizes. Now when I look it up on other sites I see that they state the size. BigAls does nothing and they are very rude.

Hello, I agree, they are VERY difficult to deal with. I ordered a bunch of stuff,( lights, books, supplements, etc, can't remember), and called them to see if I can add something to my order. I'm glad I did call because the order they had was completely different than what I ordered, I think it was a computer error on their end.It took 4 phone calls, because when u call, they'll tell u to call back, etc, finally I spoke with the Manager, and she was rude and I finally cancelled my order and went with www.Thatfishplace.com, which my order arrived in 3 days, besides they are just as cheap as Big Als, plus they will price match items. I'll never shop Big Als Online again, besides, they are in Canada and I'm in America, I would rather support my country, than theirs as far as ordering stuff. Just my 2 cents.
