You must set the ad_network_ads_240.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

just tagging along as I also have one. The only problem seems to be that the ph monitor always wants to read lower than a pipoint. I base this on calibrating both units with the same probe then checking once a day every day for weeks and recalibrating again and they always calibrate right but the neptune always reads lower ?
