i appreciate the need for specialized vendors. but i have to ask, on what terms do you sell shaks and rays? to anyone with enough cash willing to buy one?

Hello , we offer free advice to all customers on fish and sharks etc. we suggest advice as well on compatability of livestock with other pre exsisting live stock such as letting people know which sharks remain smaller and are more suited for the home aquarium. such as the coral cat shark. i have personaly discouraged people from buyng several tangs at once for compatabilty reasons. we also set up and service tanks in pensacola. milton, gulf breeze, ft walton aera .we offer a local service to select the live coral, fish, inverts etc for customers as well as there tanks ,equipment and dry goods. this takes the burnden of the customer who is new to the hobby and ensures everything is very healthy in the tank. we ofer a contiued monthly service for them as well. for our online customers we do not limit them to quick conversation or a few questions . we are here to answer all there questions and take as long as needed to explain things to them. we love the hobby our selves and we like to see all the customers and live stock happy . you can't please everybody all the time but we sure try hard!

that's kind of what i thought...

not to put you on the spot, but in my opinion, somethings don't belong in a tank. a shark, no matter the size or species is just one of those things.

this is only my opinion. if you have clients that have 4,000 gallon lagoons...well...that's another thing.

on a positive note, it's good that you educate your customers and take the time to make sure they and your livestock is happy

HELLO AGAIN LOL! well belive it or not we have customers who have more gallons of water

for live stock then we do. lol im not sure exactly what they do for a living but i know i have customers have more money then i probably ever see. some customers really take this hobby seriously and prediator tanks are a big hit! as a matter of fact we have people that have made huge saltwater ponds. one guy has one in his gargae he explained to us exactly how he built and what he has stocked in it. he also sent some kool photos. we also get business who have large public aquariums, we teamed up with a very large acrylic tank manufactuer who will custom build any tank anyway shape or size you want. they also have inserts to add if desired. we get a discount to sell there tanks to our customers . this company sets up tanks for movie stars , buisnesses and public aqauriums but they also make residentail aquariums any way the customer dreams it up! they are working on a line of tanks that are smaller to be able to offer great prices on those as well. we are still working on the web page i have been doing it myself lol im sure you can tell. im having someone else help us out with it over the next month. we have alot of adveritising coming out in aquarium magazines such as fama and marine & reef anual. so im going to try to finish listing all the dry goods before november! we carry all dry good, equipment , supplies, food you name it we carry it . however it is not yet all listed online but hopefuly ill have it all on by nov. untill then we have customers email us for quotes. i belive i mentioned we give discounts for large orders return custmors and referals . we allow local pu if in pensacola or near by city . we also allow our customers to special order live goods , rare coral fish etc. ill check every stock list there is for as long as it takes and as soon as i find what my customers has been searching for i let them know asap! we will custom build any order just the way the customer wants it. if we make a mistake , or there is any error, or if an item is out of stock we will upgrade the item at no charge with an item that is in stock if the customers agree to do so. if there is a problem with an order we compansate for that by ading extra itmes on next order, giving free shipping on next order or what ever we can do to make the customer happy! that is the good side of being a small family owned business , we can give each order & customer persoanal attention . we have met allot of realy great pepole who have became our friends. in fact im going to be having a customer of ours help update our website . when she is through we will have a little add linking to her webservice. lol remember whats on there so far is all me and i know nothing about website html or building and e store. so there will be some changes made over the next few months . we have another customer who will be investng in our company in contributing toward become wholesale and retail. when i say we get to know our customers i mean it :) we also offer a prayer request or just a friendly ear if anyone needs to talk or needs a friend or prayer. i can say were not the typical online fish store! i really enjoy the fish hobby and i enjoy all the nice people and even there tanks ! wow!. i have a message board set up for my store but i have not yet leaned how to integrated into the site. so there will many changes to come on the site. i am glad as well that you care about the safety of the livestock . have a blessed day .
