Take a look. Instead of using webcamxp, I am using windows media encoder and embedding it into a web page. It is nice because it adjusts the size and quality to your connection.
Thought it would be fun to put the webcam my little nano-reef for the day. It will take several (5 - 15) seconds to buffer depending on your connection. You can also right click on the image, go to zoom, and make it full screen! Enjoy.
(It may require you to have windows media player 9 for this to work. I am not 100% sure though. I just downloaded the new version of windows media encoder 9.)
