Hello all of you aquatic lovers out there!
I am bringing this to your attention because, I have a once in a lifetime offer that I am going to put on the table.
Aquatic Realms, LLC. is a Limited Liability Company, which is a corporation (same protections in essence as a Incorporation), but without the double taxation and no INC. at the end of the business name.
I am looking for one, highly knowledgeable person that lives in or close to the Bethlehem, PA (Lehigh Valley) area that wants to become a part owner of Aquatic Realms, LLC.!
That's right! You read correctly. I tell you via PM or phone the "buy-in" cost to purchase (All inquires will be looked at and with my approval will be given more information on the business.) 40% of Aquatic Realms, LLC.
You would be entitled to 40% of the company's Net income every month. (Net would be after all debts are paid for that month.)
--Example (Actual Net WILL be different.) Lets say that the total Net income for one month is $2,000. You will receive $800 that month as your cut.
The amount made in Net every month will be a factor of how good we work together at promoting our store and taking advantage of EVERY method to sell our livestock and dry goods. The net income could easily reach over $5,000 each month with the proper marketing. (Meaning over $2,000 in TAKE HOME CASH for you every month! That would be like making over $35,000 Gross salary from another job working for a boss and making that company money instead of owning your own business!)
To round up and fill in the "holes" of the income areas...we will also sell some dry goods for other pets like: Birds, Cats, Dogs, Reptiles, etc.
