I would say that it is a FAIR deal. The bulbs aren't included, and bulbs are expensive no matter where you get them from. JMO.

I like it. Even though the bulbs are not included, I say it's a fair deal. That would be awesome lighting over your 29 gallon!

For the bulbs, I would buy them off of www.hellolights.com. I would go with a 10,000k Ushio, which can be found here:

Depends on what corals you want, a lot of people say not to try sps corals unless you're running mh's.
