My Regal Tang needs help quick!

My regal tang is breathing very heavy and is hiding a lot. The tang is eating but seems like it can only swim for about 10 sec before he goes back to rest in the corner next to my overflow. It also seems to have bumps under its skin like a pimple. It does not look like ick but more like pimples. Has anyone ever had this happen to there fish. None of the other fish seem to be effected. The tang is about 6 months old

If you have any cleaners the so called "pimples" could be raised spots where the ick has been picked off. I would make sure the tank was 80-84 degrees and soak your food in reef safe garlic when you feed.
